Where can I best stay overnight in Brussels? How do I get from the airport or train station to the hotel? Where is the venue located? Here we have collected some practical information to ensure that you have a pleasant stay and a good conference in Brussels.
The conference is free of charge. Please note that travel and accommodation have to be covered by the participants themselves.
The conference takes place at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the European Union, located in Rue Belliard 60-62, 1040 Brussels. Find the directions here.
- From Gare du Midi / South Station:
Take metro 2 (direction “Elisabeth”) to the “Trône” station. Walk down the Rue Montoyer in the direction of the European Parliament. Turn left in Rue Marie de Bourgogne and right in Rue Belliard. The entrance is on the other side of the street.
- From Brussels National Airport:
Take the Airport Express Bus (No. 12) and get off at the last stop “Luxembourg” at the European Parliament. The journey takes 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Walk down Rue d’Arlon until Rue Belliard and turn left. The entrance is on the other side of the street.
