On 11.11.2020, the negotiators of the European Parliament and the Council reached a compromise on the future EU budget after months of negotiations. The now available package deal foresees 23,4 Billion € for the Erasmus+ programme.
On 21 July, the European Heads of State and Government agreed on a common position with regard to the future EU budget. This is also an important milestone for the new Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027.
