The DAAD and the European Commission with support of the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the EU organised a discussion about opportunities for Syrian refugees to access higher education.
The National Agencies' recommendations for the future programme generation Erasmus+ were discussed with a group of staff from the European Parliament and the Permanent Representations of EU member states at a lunch event at DAAD Brussels.
The DAAD Brussels Office welcomed the Humboldt University of Berlin on the ocassion of the ERASMUS anniversary. During their stay the delegation of 23 representatives of International Offices, faculties, researchers and administration staff became familiar with the political scope of ERASMUS+ and the institutional structure in Brussels.
The promotion of European values such as intercultural understanding and exchange, diversity and civic engagement was discussed at the Representation of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Around 100 participants discussed the German and European approach for integrating science, education and culture in external policy, at the German Permanent Representation.
